I'm fine with my 5$ drug store reading glasses.
Quoting: Jab McBoosted Vuity is $80 for a 30 day supply. That's $960/year. I got my glasses at Dollar Tree. I guess they'd be $1.25 at the inflated Dollar Tree. Walmart has far nicer ones for $5.88, but they discontinued the half-rimless style that I liked. At today's drugstores, they run in the $20-40 range. Insurance has spoiled drugstores. They've been led to believe they can mark merchandise up 500% and people won't bat an eye. A prescription is required, too. The prescription will cost $100 or so. If insurance covered Vuity, the co-pay would probably be about $100.
