and lots of fluids

3 500 mg curcumin with bioperine or grate up lots of tumeric with a ginger teabag, and a teaspoon black pepper and steep for over 20 min, cream a little honey. Add some dandelion leaf.

If its not just a cold flu, venom. The nicotine mentioned, ie the patch, cut down to smallest amount or gum if you can. Its easier to cut down a patch to nothing and slowly quit than to adjust from a smoke to a patch.

But that is only if you're getting real chest congestion, pain in the back of your head near stem cell.

The symptoms of long covid are more serious. Chest. Congestion. Stomach upset such as the trots, ear/throat. Headache, and pain in the stem cell area.

Doesn't feel like a normal cold flu however, didn't run a temperature and didn't turn into rudolf the rednosed reindeer but it was more like a low grade sinus infection. Felt glued up.
