Interesting.. I am currently coming down with something, and mostly it's manifesting as a gut problem, with minor sore throat and occasional cough.. Not very covid like, so far, though people in my work environment have had covid lately, at the same time some other sickness has been spreading around, and since those folk weren't sent home, I can only assume a covid test was negative.
