i have a big mouth, that sometimes places my own concerns above others

i guess it's a break from the frig door

maybe that's why i like the sharing threads. it's just you and me and the world vanishes.

they are magical in altering space and time

sometimes it's important to be selfish and take care on one's own needs first, allowing them to be more selfless, bc they are more comfortable?

he's still at it everday! he has become very territorial, bit me and broke my skin the other day.

i need to stay out of the frig anyway. he can have it!

that may be a good definition for syncing

i screamed when it happened, bc his beak is really sharp, and my screaming made him bite harder!

i explained to him after that he really hurt me.

syncing with someone else vs just syncing with oneself, makes time and space feel more whole. like it's meant to be shared.

people don't understand how they hurt others until it happens to them. i would have put tom in his cage for three days

i do notice he behaves better after being in his cage all night, and then by the end of the day after being out of the cage all day, he's in full wild mode.

i feel so much better just spending this little bit of time in your presence.

don't make excuses for tom, no window sill for tom, next time he acts out vulnerabilities!

you need to rest and i'm hungry

i will keep him in his cage if it happens again.

he makes kissy noises every morning before i let him out of his cage!

the other night he was doing a cute dance in the cage.

i think taking a shower would help me feel clean, not just physically.

took a shower, brushed my teeth, picked up a little bit, it helped. my mom came by for a visit.

my pain isn't too bad today. just extremely weak, and i feel like i'm floating any time i stand.

i noticed when my aunt came over i felt a little better, she treats me like a friend.

if you were here, i would like to share by cooking you dinner. it would make me feel good and accomplished.

i haven't been cooking bc of my hands.

i developed my first rhumatoid nodule on my hand. i can only image what's happening on the inside.

i imagine everything is difficult and tiring for you. if i was there i'd hold your hand and spoon you.

don't be too hard on your mother, butting heads with a parent is no fun for either of you. maybe lets her take you shopping for some loose-fitting clothes.
