i got a nice night dress i've been sleeping in, but it's been too hot to wear underwear to bed as well, which i like the feel of no underwear with a dress!

i only had one lady in spin class tonight.

i was excited when she said she did the breathing exercises that i was having the students do in class, a few times since then, she said enjoyed it!

just waiting for my hamburger meat to thaw so i can make spaghetti.

today was cooler outside. a number of regulars are on vacation.

and in general, the gym is slow, so there are less other people to potentially join as well.

people would rather be doing something outside of they can.

it'll be snowing in no time!
