Re: sharing
my two years eight months of taping 13,500 gauss magnets near my lateral malleolus is on hold to see if my feet feel better without them.

also, my magnets lots their enamal coating, and are rusting, so i have tape around them, but this also caused an open wound to my ankle, and the possibility of tetnus is another reason to hold off, so i can may be resurface them, but i should probably invest in new magnets if i am to contiue.

would a lap be fifty meters?

what strategies are you using to improve your lung capacity?

after my 2010 bike accident, i had great difficulties with breathing, and Iiwas referred to this very unique breathing specialist out in nebraska who i worked with over a year and a half.

at their clinic they taught me all these great techniques that involved prepositioning my body to to facilitate and maximaze the anatomical ayssemtry of the lungs, while using blowing up balloons!

the most simple exercise that you could start with for ankles stability, would be standing on one leg , but of course balance isn't static, so you would use the other leg as a driver to introduce triplane motion, but naturally this would have to be done in a manner where the range of motion and speed of motion, and possible momentum, and balance assistance would allow you to be successful with the movent patterns.

success is being able to complete the exercise without overextending yourself, yet you are challenged at a thershold of success where you will benefit.

i would have you start with your more stable leg.
