i had a Church dream last night, i was stressed out, bc i was going to be late. something with my pyx.

i had a dream last night where i entered into a grocery store it was pinch black. i left and entered multiple times.

i'm not sure how to do the mental and emotional part, and probably not the physical as well.

i'm going to get to sleep, and i hope i can put how i feel into words.

that is placing me in a nexus that makes it near impossible for you to help yourself
