TED-X talk by the Russian Hedge fund founder that explains how the Russian Oligarchs were cornered and forced to give 50% of all profits to Vladimir Putin:



The Achilles Heel was that Putin and the crooked Oligarchs all kept most of their ill-gotten money in banks, land, and investment in the West, outside of Russia---and a new Law called the Magnitsky Act was passed in US and several other Western nations to confiscate their wealth and prohibit their passports.

Of course, the governments will eventually use that Act to confiscate the wealth of any citizen who dares criticize the Gov't.
