It is still too early in the game. There is still relative wealth in the Soviet American Union. Most are waiting to see what happens after the break up. Will certain states or regions offer enough freedom and economic vitality to not need to immigrate?

The best bet is to have your children learn some eastern European language and take vacations in that region. Maybe a second home.
