Wrong. Time travel has existed since the mid-20th century. And they can game future timelines (Project Looking Glass). Research and learn. We were able to avert what was planned for the 18th.

There are already a good 20 near future events coming, that by being aware of them and Collectively try to avert it. Also VERY possible, never doubt how powerful humans truly are.
