DOD had contract with Ukraine lab for work on COVID 19 in early November 2019

The United States Department of Defense issued a contract for ‘Covid-19 Research in November 2019. Why is this significant? Because this was three months before the novel coronavirus was officially dubbed Covid-19.

The contract was awarded to a company based in Ukraine and was part of a much larger contract for a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’. (Labyrinth Global Health)
