Electromagnetic pollution aka EMF EMR EMP is ubiquitous and more so in the last 100 years since the introduction of electricity, radio and radar etc.

Wearing insulating fabrics like cotton and wool creates a natural shield to these harmful energies.

Nowadays conductive artificial fabrics like nylon and polyester are popular in clothing and bedding and unfurtunately these fabrics exacerbate the problem by transducing/conducting the electromagnetic fields directly into the body.

If you need to wear polyester clothing, only wear it on top of insulating fabric. When worn as an outer layer on top of an insulating fabric it actually acts as a shield to electromagnetic radiation because the conductive polyester layer captures the radiation and dissipates it instead of transducing it directly to the body.

Its anecdotal I know but I experienced this interesting phenomenon when I wore a long sleeved polyester rash vest over a long sleeved cotton t shirt and found that sleeping in this clothing led to much better sleep.
