How does one clear a ♥️ chakra blockage…? Well the biggest and most effective method is to disconnect from technology. Living in the age of technology makes it very hard for many folks to do this, being constantly glued to phones and obsessively and i would go so far as to say reflexively checking and ‘utilizing’ mobile devices, computers, gaming consoles, and so on.


Try leaving all electronics at the house, and find a nice spot in nature where you will not be interrupted or disturbed. Sit on the ground and maintain the lotus position for one hour. Doing this with a visualized meditation even if just once weekly can and will do wonders for one’s ♥️ chakra…!
