Russia threatens Finland with destruction if it joins NATO | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 78769914 United States 04/07/2022 02:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Just give advance warning so no lives are lost And take out threatening nato weapons in border nation with hypersonic tactical nukes Say any more weapons to Ukraine we hit the factory where they came from Tell Finland if they join they take out their military with nukes So essentially just nuke all the things. I like your style. This whole thing is moot anyway since we already have Russian nukes pointed at us. Joining NATO changes nothing on that front. Russia should start with aegis ashore I'm Poland and Romania |

It's up to you to provide evidence to back up your claim that NATO made a promise not to expand eastward. It's not up to others to disprove your statement. It's obvious even YOU know there is no evidence this was ever said or put in writing anywhere...otherwise you'd immediately present it for all of us to see. Good luck with that fantasy dipsh*t. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 82726542 Finland 04/07/2022 02:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The Russians don't have to invade Finland. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79889820 Destroy the energy infrastructure, the ports, and the country would collapse on its own in a few weeks if not days. Are you a complete retard? Finland is one of the best countries in the world in self-sustainability, self-defence, self-ability, survival skills, and a healthy attitude towards Russia. That + our military is quite capable these days + our landscape is perfect for defending our country. Heck, in the WW2, we were at war at the SAME TIME against Russia, United States and Great Britain! And we are still here! We will NEVER give up. - YOU WILL. Finland's food supply heavily reliant on imports [link to yle.fi (secure)] Finland imports practically all of its fossil fuels, and a vast majority of the imports come from Russia. In total, imports comprised 64.0% of the total primary energy supply in 2016, of which the majority originated in Russia [link to www.mdpi.com (secure)] Sure, you are able to read the "news", congrats, I'm sure it's factual. Or? Still the fact remains, Finland is able to produce food with 100% domestic help for the entire nation + we have enough food stored for a LONG time. AND our military is... well let's say, "ok". Fuel, ammo, MINES, brians, will not be in short supply. Believe me, with 1000+miles of borderline with Russia + our history with them, we ARE prepared. I will not give you any details because they are actually a part of our national security concept, but we're ok. Russia can go F themselves, and we'll be fine. Also if need be, NATO can do the same, also the WEF, UN, you name it, we'll be ok. Do you know when a Finnish man is the most happy? It's when he is alone in the sauna, drunk, thinking how sad everyone will be at his funeral. Just imagine an army of 1.5 million TRAINED men, with this kind of attitude, defending their home. No offense, but this PLANET doesn't have enough firepower to take us down. But wait, there's more. In WW2, even an artillery strike didn't even PAUSE the reading of the Gospel for the Finnish service men in the frontline - not to mention stop it. So... capable people, who protect their family, love Jesus Christ, and love their country. I say.... bring it on. ANYBODY. |

You managed to sway the Finnish people to now apply for Nato membership, I never thought it would be possible but you did it. As a direct consequence, also Sweden will apply for Nato membership following the common national security arrangements in place since WW2. This is also something that was unthinkable just half a year ago but the Russian war against its neighbour brother people in Ukraine has changed everything. You can bitch and whine about this, posing threats, it does not matter at all. Putin produced this development and the reaction is as predicted. There is no way to reverse this at this point, sorry. |

The Western elites don't have the right to have 20 plus bio weapons labs in Ukraine. If it takes a nuclear war to stop world pandemic 2.0, this time with weaponized Ebola. Well, so be it. After going through two years of the Covid medical police state horse shit and forced vaccinations, you'd think the Finns wouldn't be anxious to face weaponize Ebola or weaponize small pox. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55417161 Empty threats usually have exactly the opposite effect of the intended one. If anything, this is going to speed up Finland's joining NATO, since Russians have already proven that they're not going to attack any NATO member, however hard those members are attacking Russia (either directly with financial and economic sanctions, or militarily via Ukrainian proxy). If Russians were serious about stopping new countries from joining NATO, they'd choose one current NATO member, and make an example out of it. Poland would be the perfect example. On a side note, Russian "foreign policy" is also the perfect example of something else -- just how devastatingly effective the incompetence-before-guilt strategy can really be against its targets. We're supposed to believe that Russian Foreign Minister is merely incompetent. I have a hunch that image couldn't be further from truth. Lol. Russia is getting handled by ukraine and you think they can expand their wsr to include poland at the same time? Russia is proving that it just isnt as strong as they were feared to be. Invading poland, especially now, would be their last mistake. |

Lest we forget had it not been for piss poor planning and logistics, Hitler basically made Russia his bitch in the course of a month or two. Quoting: Sungaze_At_Dawn The balance of power means it takes roughly the same length of time for nukes to reach each of the big wings nations. If it only takes minutes, there is zero reaction time and the balance of power is finished, same with Ukraine. This is the Cuban Missile Crisis for the West. Really? The Russians have nukes. And since they have no problem invading neighboring countries that don't have the means to defend themselves; MAKE the case for being in NATO in the first place. Ukraine gave up it's nuclear weapons and signed the Budapest Agreement where Russia promised never to invade. Shows what the Russians really are. Ukraine did not adhere to any of the Minsk agreements. Pot and kettle. |
