Wet Beriberi - B1 and heart disease
I have a family member going through some major heart issues (not jabbed) and I came upon this video by accident.

It discusses the dangers of vitamin B1 deficiency to the cardiovascular system. I found it to be quite interesting and thought it may be worth a share. I am definitely taking vitamin B1 now!
