I celebrate this. Quoting: @MoonPie https://twitter.com/_/status/1511840399668690948 [imgur] [link to imgur.com (secure)] I LOVE how all you all are falling for the DeSantis story. Why did he make that bill stop at grade 3? Is it appropriate to discuss private sex lives with kids in grade 4? Why did he sign the "don't talk mean about the small somberos" bill? Why is he pretending FL textbooks can't have crt and 1619 stuff in them when I have on my laptop right this moment a "social studies" book with exactly that crap in it? All you all are being tricked into think he's based and will flock to elect him president. Stop being so fucking easy to trick. ^this It's theater and, when you start reading the fine print, you'll see how the smoke and mirrors is edging in shit that the leftists want. Like what?? Take some time, Give us a concrete example or fuck off |

Take some time, Give us a concrete example or fuck off Here it is, page 4: "3. Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3..." [link to www.flsenate.gov (secure)] Children in 4th grade (age 9) and up are not protected under DeSantis's Bill. ALL students should be protected - parents of students of all ages should have their parental rights respected and not have this agenda pushed onto their children. As it is, the government keeps trying to make the age of consent lower and lower. Schools are keeping medical (gender transitioning) secret from parents. Teachers and schools should have absolutely no right whatsoever to discuss sexual orientation and gender identity with any student. To the second point raised, DeSantis signed a Bill that would curtail expressions of free speech towards a certain group of people. I'm not an anti semite and don't consider myself racist, sexist, etc - however, I'm for the First Amendment and believe all speech, even speech we don't like or agree with, should be protected. You can read about it here: "which may be expressed as...rhetorical" [link to www.flgov.com (secure)] and here: FLORIDA ANTI-SEMITISM BILL THREATENS FREE SPEECH | UPDATE: BILL SIGNED [link to ncac.org (secure)] I totally support the 'no patient left alone act' - I don't want to see state or private policies prohibit, inhibit, limit our freedoms. However, what I'm seeing from DeSantis when it comes to parental rights and the anti semitism censorship bill is that it is impeding upon our Constitutional rights and allowing leftists to codify their agenda into laws. |

It was when some of my female peers were beginning to get breasts and periods were soon after. I distinctly remember 5th grade girls beginning menstrual cycles. The timing is fine considering the fact that hormones are completely screwed up anymore thanks to shit diets and shit genetics. 4th grade is when kids need to begin being aware of what their bodies can do. That being said, it should 100% be done in a morally responsible way. And there needs to be more oversight as to what exactly children are learning. Honestly, it should be the parents job to teach but so many parents expect the public schools to teach their kids FOR them, it’s moot at this point. Parents no longer teach their kids jack shit. Anyways… body changes begin happening at about 4th grade so that’s why. |

Anyways… body changes begin happening at about 4th grade so that’s why. Yes, biology is important and I support education centered on biology that effects males and females. Biology is not the same as discussing 'sexual orientation'. It's not appropriate, in my opinion, for a teacher to ask 9 year olds if they are sexually oriented to opposite sex or same sex. Also, this whole 'gender identity' agenda is not based in the science of biology and is purposefully proliferating confusion - transgender used to be less than 0% (something like 0.05% of the entire US population). Now that educators are pushing this agenda onto children, gender confusion has sky rocketed. They try to label it as 'gender dysphoria' as a way of accepting their transition and body mutilation as normal. Your opinion may be different than mine, so we can agree to disagree. But, when it comes to my children, that's where I draw the line. As a parent, I have the right to tell others their ideology is not welcome and they are not to indoctrinate my child with their transagenda ideology. |

Thread: Teacher says 20 of 32 fourth-grade students have ‘come out’ to her as ‘LGBTQIA+’ An Austin, Texas school teacher said that of the 32 fourth-grade students in her class, 20 have “come out” to her as “LGBTQIA+,” according to a leaked internal school message. The claim reportedly came from a teacher at the Austin Independent School District (ISD)’s Blackshear Elementary School, according to the Daily Caller, which originally obtained the internal messages from the “Libs of Tik Tok” Twitter account. https://twitter.com/_/status/1508508056572751872 [link to www.lifesitenews.com (secure)] |
