Obama can be president again. He can't be ELECTED more than twice. So just as someone can be a vice president, and then be elected twice as president, so too can Obama or any other former sitting president, be elected twice and then somehow ascend to the presidency from some other role in the line of succession. He could then just live outt that term, and that is it.

Here is how it could go down. Pelosi says she is retiring. The House needs a new speaker. There is no law that says the Speaker has to even be a member of the House already; traditionally they have been, but it's not required. So the Dems rig up that they are going appoint Obama Speaker of the House and Pelosi retires, and that is what happens.

Then lo and behold X time later, Biden and Harris both go down somehow....Biden with dementia, or this Hunter scandal and they convince Harris to step aside too as she is tainted by the whole administration too. So the Pres is out, the VP is out, and the new president is the Speaker of the House, Obama. He serves whatever is left of that term, and then he is really finally out.

So it could happen.
