Got Covid November. Lost taste and most smell for 4 weeks. Took Alpha Lipoic Acid and Zinc as recommended on here and got 80% of both back. Still have weird clear antiseptic smells and some times things like peanut butter are weird but not awful like it was when everything tasted burnt. I can enjoy most foods now and now smell something’s much more strongly like a wiff of ammonia.
