Try dabbing a bit of warm caster oil in each nostril. Also drink peppermint tea and try sniffing peppermint oil since it has menthol that is healing. Drink lemon and honey, eat a lot of garlic and drink tea made with fresh ginger. The key is to fix you nose. Smell is required in order to taste anything.
