Same here. I got covid in November and my sense of taste and smell are still strange, but now at about 85% normal. The strsngest thing is packaged food and unhealthy process stuff tastes like poison, which honestly is great because ive learned to enjoy fresh foods more. You have a zinc deficiency and need to start supplementing every day. Do not take it on an empty stomach though as it causes nausea.
