Zinc is 100% needed every day. I was sick in November as well completely lost taste and smell 100%, I'm still not completely normal yet though smell-wise.

When I started taking supplemental zinc it made a huge difference.


I take daily one vitamin d, one vitamin c, zinc and quercetin. Still the same since November not getting any better with the smell or taste.
