I lost my smell for 7 months. I quit eating wheat, corn syrup, sugars, any highly processed food and fast foods (highly inflammatory). My smell came back. Wait until you feel the headaches you get when you kill off those parasites, whatever they are and you will know what I am talking about. I didn't have those severe, sharp headaches until the end of the 2 months it took.

When you've tried everything and it doesn't work go go get a vax because it has helped some people get rid of the symptoms of long covid and it is certainly worth trying rather than doing nothing.

Try high omega 3 fish oil, dha, and cod liver oil. Helps heal the brain. It's what I took to stop the 24/7 post-Covid eye twitching and face spasms. Coma patients have had their brains healed from fish oil.

Also try mushrooms like lion's mane that regrow neurons. Take the lion's mane and fish oil concurrently while doing the exercises prescribed for regaining sense of smell. You have to basically teach yourself how to smell again and these supplements will support your brain healing in doing that.

I know how to help with this, as I resolved it doing energy work for a client... But it took me about 2 hours of work.

My client had what is called parosmia, where she lost all smell except pungent smells like rotten eggs or burnt smell.
