When we think we are all equal, it makes us judgemental, hateful and critical of others. God made us all different so we could show compassion

Throughout my whole life, Ive been judgemental, uncompassionate and harsh on others who were slow and couldnt keep up with me. It could have been friends, family, and co workers, i judged them all in my mind. Ive called some stupid, some retarded and even losers in my mind while I was around them.

I was such a fool then. I was harsh because I believed the lie of "If I can do it, so could they" and how we are all equal. That is a lie and it makes people uncompassionate because it makes you assume that the person has the same intelligence which will enable them to aquire the same skills as you.

God made us all different, we are not equal. Some people are stuck with 100 iq and theres nothing they can do to try to overcome an obstacle in life that requires 130 iq. They wont have the intelligence to find ways to overcome it and it would be foolish for a person to be harsh on that 100 iq individual.

Will it be fair for a basketball player to be harsh on a 5'2 person because they can dunk the ball?

It isnt just iq where it stops at, its everything. Jesus spoke about the parable of the talents. When alot is given, alot is asked in return.

This new mind set has given me compassion for others, and unlike before, I actually care for them and instead of bashing them I genuinely want to help others because I know theres nothing they can do.

However the ones I wont help are the retarded who are boastful and prideful.
