My kids are too smart to waste time at the desks 8 hours a day.
Unless you were at the library of Alexandria you didn’t get much from it. Libraries are watered down and only 1% is useful. Once the pages are ripped on the useful books they go out of print or are never replaced.
I’m not having unit studies on tigers or worshipping kids on YouTube. This is all waste of energy.

So its already sounding like the "commune" thread that other dude is running. So you do want the kids to be sort of free range? In terms of magic, uh would you have them play d and d? Know the different types of trees and what wands they make? How about welding would you teach them that?? Or using sockets to turn nuts and wrenches to turn bolts?
