They're freaking out in the PMs markets. This guy is shilling to scare people away from that which they don't want you to buy. They want you to give up, sell out and go away to buy your bitcoins.
They want all the gold and silver for themselves.

If a normal person wants to buy something and the owner doesn't want to sell it to them, they offer more money.

If the bankers want to buy something and the owners don't want to sell it, they offer less and less to destroy your faith in your asset- so they can take it from you cheap.

It's called chutzpah.
