Ridiculous.
That luxury watch was manufactured. There is a vast ecosystem of people whose job it is to produce the parts to manufacture luxury watches. Their families depend on luxury watches being sold. There is a vast ecosystem of shippers, security personnel, sales people and insurance people whose job it is to make sure luxury watches sell to affluent buyers. You seem naive.
