Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77044552 No but if your a US citizen giving aid and comfort to an enemy you should be court martialed and shot in the head. Based. Every Russian with a brain is trying to get into the U.S. now because they realize how full of shit Putin and the Russian media are. The U.S. is even giving them special exemptions to get into the country. Anyone still remaining in Russia is a brainwashed idiot who believes everything they see on their propaganda TV. |

Then start sending in offensive units to seize the population centers. They have the best chance of taking Crimea. The annexing is still fresh, so culture is still volatile, there are many people in Crimea still sympathetic to Ukraine and very much anti-Russian, making it an easy place to take over. This is Obama's plan pushed by his influenced, btw - this all started back near the end of his last term. This is just the finality of it. [link to theconversation.com (secure)] Zelensky would just be doing this just because it's advice he's receiving. It's unlikely he is any mastermind in this. Just a puppet. His advice may be something such as if he can get in Crimea or even work towards disrupting Crimea - it might be enough pressure for some sort of white peace. But, that's not what this is really about. They WANT Putin to do something against NATO. They are begging for it. They want him to even say it, so that it can be no question that it's not a 'false flag' - they've been given the appearance of pushing Putin towards a military action against NATO for years and years, just slowly, and steadily. Playing the puppets against each other and using the people following them to demand action, demand full-scale war. Completion of the irony. |

The US jammed Russian air defences with growlers allowing the Ukraine to get a moral victory without escalating the conflict too much. Not a bad move, but it's just a moral victory for them they can't win this fight. |

Russian authorities were forced to place two villages under emergency orders and evacuate some citizens due to Ukrainian shelling in the area, according to reports from multiple Russian media outlets. I was wondering when this would happen, Ukraine has nothing to lose. It's a miracle there hasn't been a few terrorist type attacks on Russian soil. There is no telling how Putin will respond. Is there anything left for him to flatten at this point? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77044552 Iraq had Russian and Chinese military gear during the Iraq War. I don't think that gave us the right to bomb them. However, it's on Russian soil. Who knows how Putin is going to react. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 754593 Serbia 03/30/2022 03:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The real questions: How precise was the strike? Extremely? One-missile/shell-one-hit? If that's the case, then... we're not even in a semblance of a proxy U.S.-Russia war anymore. This would be the Pentagon directly conducting strikes against targets on the territory of Russia. If that's not the very definition of war (declared or not), then I don't know what is. I still think that Russians should've hit all of U.S. installations in Poland before shit like this happened (nope, even that wouldn't trigger Article 5, whatever some morons like to believe), but... Russians just never listen, do they? |
