It's a product of the operating system with Apple OCR. Only a few months in since the last macOS release. But it’s pretty cool for photos of billboards, business cards or notes off a whiteboard. |

There is no "coding" in the image. It's a text recognition overlay. Accessibility options have been doing this for years, Apple just made it so pictures you take can do the same.
