Report Copyright Violation | Trump sells D.C. Post Office hotel for $375 million…. Makes bank. Politico article. Snarky as eff…. But the liberal tears that fell while writing it are glorious. The $375 million would more than make up for the $200 million Trump’s company put into renovating the historic, federally owned Old Post Office into a hotel, as well as the $70 million that a congressional oversight committee says the hotel lost during Trump’s four years in office.The investment fund that bought it has former baseball player Alex Rodriguez as one of its investors. he never owned it.
He only owned the rights to it for 100 years...
So he sold the rights to it...
The post office and land is still owned by the Government
