What the fuck is everyone else doing? My wife and I both have decent careers and we cant afford this shit!!!! Who the fuck is buying all these houses??!!!! Im losing my shit as I have no way to adequately protect my family from what is upon us. Ive tried for so long to save and pay down house in hopes of getting just a couple acres.... But now we are fucked! You need to sell everything and move to south america uraguay for example . If your in America you are in trouble period . Pray about it . |

Well, septic, streams, tons of hunting, small crop farm, close to the Amish, surrounded by farms... 800K. In southern pa. About a 40 min drive to work for me. Plan on putting a 3 car garage addition with more bedrooms on top before I move in, if I can wait that long. Still have one last kid in school and don't want to move her until she graduates next year. Selling my current home to my oldest daughter for what it cost me (cheap!!). But now we are fucked! I bought a finca in South America. Its not an overnight thing to do either so if you plan on doing this start working on it now. I pay a local $500 a month to keep it up for me which is twice the normal wages for that particular country. He also receives benefits for his military pension so he is doing well. Think about an option like this. I also bought some land up in the hills here and have a camper parked up on it away from most.
