They have a miracle with some very bright painted either shops or houses near those burnt out tall building, you can't miss them, they don't have one messed up thing about them. They do seem to be close to the burnt out ones. It about 4:01 on the film, you can check out the miracle of them being perfect with the backdrop of the burnt out building, they are bright blue and yellow and orange looking as some colors.

I don't buy that "80% destroyed" narrative.
Many buildings on behind look intact.
