Also, eczema is back again, same place and new places but less than last week. Is that the biofilm releasing? It feels like it, had a huge anger episode. Then had to pass out for 2 hours. Then the seb derm flared up. Also random metallic taste in my mouth. And I'm getting mini Charlie Horses in the usual area I get which is my left muscle behind the shin (forgot the name). But they aren't as bad as I would get randomly especially after a night out drinking. Gonna do an Epsom hot bath and try to sweat some out. Dr. Daniel's Recommended sugar with the turpentine to "draw out the parasites." I've noticed if I take the protocol with sugar I get an increased reaction. Is there anything behind that or is just a reaction?

Sudden exhaustion can be a quick reaction to die off, yes. And the sugar connection is similar to Dr. Daniel's protocol. Sugar will draw it out to feed, and the additional die off causes additional mycotoxin release. This can make the flareups worse.

Persistence is key in your case. After awhile you will clear enough of the fungus to stop the inflammation response and start the healing process. Over time the black seed oil will also help modulate your immune response properly. Once you are into the maintenance phase, the interstitial will begin clearing and you'll be shutting the door on this process. You may have sudden flareups during this period until it clears.

Thank you OP! Ahhh I always knew the "sebum" that came out from my pores(blackheads) was unnatural. It smells the same as a tonsil stone too. Crazy to think how something as simple as a pimple and a trip to the doctor as a young teen can completely ruin the rest of your life. Awesome my mom said no to Accutane, sucks they prescribe stronger antibiotics as the acne gets worse without fixing the problem.

I know this did not develop overnight, so it won't be fixed overnight, but lets say I want to speed this process up. If your body were to suffer too much die off, will you die? Like would you just have a heart attack, or seizure? Hallucinate? You mentioned someone speeding this up and seeing God and burning up.

Op here. You'll want to be careful because it sounds like it's in your cns. How long have you been running the protocol so far? Other than skin flareups are you experiencing any other die off symptoms?

I'm almost at the 3rd week. Late 20s, 180lbs, pretty athletic my whole life. I'm not planning on speeding anything up, just was curious. I'm feeling all sorts of crazy things in my body so it's definitely deep, the dermatitis was just the surface. Here's one thing you can try when the die off symptoms lessen. Add a small dose of pure niacin (nicotinic acid) for the body flush, and take it about 45 minutes after the NAC, BSO and Oregano. When I say small I mean try 50 to 100mg first. Here's why.

Nicotinic acid is a vasodilator and will push much more of the antifungal compounds into the interstitial. This will target the area just below the skin where you are having issues. It may cause a flare up from the die off, since you would be directly attacking it. So if you want to go deeper, wait until your current die off symptoms are barely noticeable and keep your dose low to see how it goes.

Actually just had a random bout of Sulphur smelling diarrhea. After that got out, my body began to quiver almost like an orgasm lol. This seems wrong on so many levels. I did receive a refund but it's bothering me to think that ebay stole from the seller for arbitrary, unknown and stupid reasons. None of those products are prohibited in Canada or restricted in any way as far as I know. They are just supplements, no prescription needed.


Protocol update:

It's been 10 days, still awaiting the fennel seed oil but diligently using everything else.
- Having random fleeting pains everywhere. I assume it is die off because the pains are brief and skip around.
- Couple days of bad breath (I don't usually have this)
- Body odor is varied, sometimes none, sometimes a chemical smell. I hope this means some real detox is happening.
- Also a weird face breakout, like tiny boils, size of a pinhead. Not my normal breakout, I'm sure it will pass soon.
- I found if I eat with/near the supplement doses, things are more comfortable in the gut department. Still have bowel disturbance (variable volume/consistency/color) which is to be expected according to OP.
- Dreams are more vivid/wild. Is the dust being knocked off my antenna? Exciting if so!

Well, my split lips have finally healed. That was extreme. Tongue not stinging anymore, just mouth's corners a bit sore still, hope the whole cycle is not gonna start again...
