There is a plan for Putin's ships. First of all they can't pass through Europe because military ships are no longer permitted to go through Turkey. But there is a better solution that will help the fish in the sea. Sink the rusty ships so they become a good reef for the wildlife. As far as Putin's war, it is going nowhere.
