Tellis’ inconsistencies caught him multiple times, the real kicker being when he said he was with “Big Mike” Sanford on the night Jessica was killed. But Big Mike testified that he was in Nashville at a Tennessee Titans game. Phone records and receipts would show Big Mike was truthful, and that he had taken that trip in the vehicle Tellis had described as the one they had allegedly ridden in on the night of December 6, 2014. Tellis went to trial in 2017, and the prosecution brought strong evidence. They had seemingly incriminating texts and voicemails from Tellis to Jessica, and District Attorney John Champion and then-ADA Jay Hale brought forward surveillance video evidence of Tellis in the gas station the night Jessica died. When Tellis was told of Jessica’s death, he didn’t have any reaction. That’s strange, they argued, considering he just spent parts of the day with her. With then-Department of Justice analyst Paul Rowlett on the stand, Hale confirmed that Tellis had deleted Jessica’s texts and contacts from his phone. Tellis, they said, had told investigators he didn’t see any reason to keep her in his phone if she was dead. “So he erased her from his life,” Hale said. Defense attorneys Darla Palmer and Alton Peterson hammered on the Eric and Derrick testimony, with Palmer ending her closing arguments by saying, “Eric isn’t on trial here today, but he should be.” That trial resulted in a hung jury. In 2018, the prosecution brought the case again, adding an expert witness to talk about Jessica’s airway burns, and they brought a witness who said she picked Tellis up that night and gave him a ride. If you want to know what happened to Jessica, I'll tell you what happened. This explanation goes totally against the narrative on her case, and its not what you want to hear. It will make you and everyone here angry that I dare even say this. But this is what happened, if you really want to know: Jessica was in need of money. So she and her buddy Quinton Tellis came up with the idea of fabricating an incident where someone stole Jessica's car and set it on fire, destroying it. For the insurance money. So her car was driven out to the middle of nowhere. Jessica did the deed of dousing the car with gasoline. While Quinton waited nearby in the getaway vehicle. Thing is, Jessica used way too much gasoline. And waited too long to light it, allowing much of the gasoline to evaporate into fumes. When she set it alight, Jessica was at ground zero of a thermobaric explosion. It temporarily knocked her unconscious as she was covered in flames. Quinton Tellis, witnessing this, seeing Jessica laying lifeless on the ground and on fire, presumed her to have been killed instantly. He panicked. And sped off in the getaway vehicle. In some people's anger at this explanation, they'll say "yes, gasoline burns but it doesn't explode, that's stupid" just watch this video. [link to youtu.be (secure)] This b*tch got knocked off her feet. But was able to walk away, because this was on a much smaller scale than Jessica's incident. So there you have it. This was a very tragic and heartbreaking thing to happen to such a beautiful young woman. And its never been officially solved, because there's a false narrative that's been built up around this case which will never be proven because you can't prove something happened that didn't happen. |

There was no way for her to articulate what she was trying to say. Tidbits indicating pre-planned foul-play is, in my opinion, resulting from people who already have a pre-supposed narrative in mind, that someone did this to her. And are grasping at hearsay, trying to fill in the holes of that narrative. If someone had done this to her, someone would have said something about it by now. If she'd accidentally done this to herself, while everyone clings to the idea that someone else did this to her, then to this very day her death would remain a mystery (which it is, officially). As long as that narrative is clung to, her death will remain a mystery forever. I would guess that the police investigating this case realize by now, behind closed doors and in hushed conversations, that Jessica did it to herself by accident. But to admit it officially, would also be admitting that they did one of the biggest flawed-investigation blunders in history. So the best thing for them to do, to cover their own asses, is to remain silent on it. Apart from the official narrative. |
