The second day I still lacked my concentration (I am learning another language) We will see what this third day holds but I am definitely gonna stick with it. I've stopped with coffee in the past and knows that it can take a few days to become normal then it's better without because if I drink coffee I need to drink 2 cups a day at least because after a few hours beyond the first it wears off and I feel shit |

Quoting: ItWontBeMe I always shake my head at "habitual coffee drinkers." If you're a heavy coffee drinker, try abstaining from it for at least a couple of months, your first sip after that long duration will feel like you're on shrooms. If you drink coffee everyday, you increase your risk of catching Gonorrhea every time you have sex. Something like 10000 times higher than people who don't drink it. There's toxins in coffee that imbed themselves in your urethra. Shit is no joke. |

But even if it isn't... do you know that Coffee is the number one MAO-I, significant amount of Niacin besides Peanuts being probably one of the richest sources and which all depends on Caffeine levels. And it is probably the richest source of D-Mannose when taken as Green Coffee.... Coffee has micronutrients indeed. People drink yerba mate for example not just for the caffeine but also for its micronutrients, and coffee has that as well. |

And BTW sprouting coffee is really just Green Coffee the Long Method ie of soaking coffee beans overnight. but I learned a special "pasteurization" step after doing that which makes the green coffee more MILKY.. almost as if milking the green coffee beans. it results in a Milky Whitish green coffee extract instead of the more brownish green looking one... that most people are used to seeing. |

Bad impact on aquatic life (micoralgae, bivalves, sponges, fishes etc)... Also vacation areas attracting tourists show much higher caffeine in water during summer/tourist season. Just some examples: - endemic catfish from south America : deformation of skeleton - impact on corals: makes coral bleaching worse [link to news.mongabay.com (secure)] |
