I was thinking about a similar topic.
This war has about establishing 3 world powers instead of just one.
I thought about the ways each tries to kill its own people they disagree with.

The Russian government will give you poison to make your face melt off. Or you'll get poisoned and have your internal organs liquify. They want their "enemies" to suffer. And they want everyone to know that they did it. Like they're proud.

The US government will just straight up shoot you. They don't need people to suffer. It's more efficient. But they will lie about it everytime. They'll shoot you and say it's a suicide. They'll drown you and say it's a suicide. They'll run you off a bridge and say it's a suicide.
