Most are and to lazy to even make it much less research lol Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72051876 The pharmaceutical companies do this kind of research, synthesis and patent it, then sell it to us in pill form, with a whole regiment of negative side effects, including overdose and death potential. This is why you don't see human studies on natural remedies. Natural remedies don't keep you sick and don't cause as many negative side effects that then need to be treated with more medications. I was pretty thrilled to find that this elixir I invented works so well! ```````````````` ````__/\__`````` ~~~\____/~~~~ .~~..~~~....~~~ ~..~~~....~~~~ Thoughts do not come from you nor God; you do not create thoughts; you are not your thoughts; every thought is a lie. - 2 Corinthians 10:5 - [link to www.biblegateway.com (secure)] |

Just because your daily glucose numbers went down do not mean your A1C did. This is all that matters. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 67904014 I will be ordering an A1C kit soon and check it in 3 months. But I have been taking glucose measurements multiple times a day when taking this tea. It is working, better than metformin in fact. When I had the tea along with metformin, my blood sugar dropped to 80, which scared me a bit. Thought I would go hypoglycemic. But it never went below 80.

It is also a RAT poison in about 100 grams. An adult should not have more than 1500mgs to 2300mg of salt per day. Most folks are getting way too much table salt. Not all salt is bad. Some kinds is good for you, like mineral salt. I use Redmonds Real Salt. The book to get for more info on mineral salt for good blood pressure is Salt Your Way to Health, by Dr David Brownstein. Thanks again for sharing and Hugs to you for feeling better. |

Quoting: BoatyMcBoatface I left the hospital with two types of insulin injections, an ace inhibitor and cholesterol medication. My endocrinologist later prescribed metformin, which I was to take along with the insulin shots. I was on a mission to find natural ways to manage my diagnosis and get off of anything that comes from the pharmaceutical companies. A combination of metformin and diet changes (no sugar, few carbs) led me to cut out the insulin injections. I then learned that metformin comes from a plant called Goats Rue. So I ordered some Goats Rue tea, but it had no impact. I started researching what tea might help control high blood pressure, and I found about 6 that seemed like they might help. I tried the first three teas that arrived, and they worked for lowering both blood pressure *and* blood sugar! Cut to about a week later and I am no longer taking any pharmaceuticals, my blood sugar levels are good, and my blood pressure is normal. Here is the tea blend. This makes 10 cups. 1 tablespoon of Honey Bush tea loose leaf tea 1 tablespoon of Holy Basil (tulsi) tea loose leaf tea 1.5 tablespoons of Hibiscus petal tea (whole petals) 1 teaspoon of beet juice powder 3+ tablespoons of Monk Fruit sweetener 3 teaspoons of lemon juice If you have diabetes or high blood pressure, this may help you manage it, as it did for me. But be careful if you're taking medications along with this tea. It could potentially lower both your blood pressure and blood sugar to dangerous levels. Of course, talk to your doctor about it first. How does it taste? It's a little reminiscent of cranberry juice. It absolutely tastes like a juice, but has its own flavor. It doesn't taste like leaves from your backyard like most tea packets do. Some additional benefits: high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, acts as an appetite suppressant, helps woman regulate their menstrual cycle, reduces cholesterol Some risks: pregnant/breastfeeding women shouldn't take it; has potential to lower blood pressure and blood sugar too much when used with medication; if the monk fruit sweetener has erithrytol in it, it will induce diarrhea. A Fireball shot works just as well plus will help you with a good night's sleep. |

I was taking apple cider vinegar and red beet extract and that seems to have helped with my Blood pressure. I am off all herbals until I get my next blood work done. Which will be in 3 weeks.
