Our dear friend and long time member, Nine's is in hospice. Prayers please. Update, page 5. Nine's has passed away

I never really crossed paths with her, don’t think I even had a direct conversation with her, but I know her threads on canning.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of death lately in my family and my wife’s, so I like to leave a post on these threads with our long term members. My sig was changed when we lost my Brother in law, someone I was very close with and was a brother to me, like my brother that I lost when I was 17. It’s very uplifting and I don’t think I will ever get rid of it.

RIP nines, I’m certain you had your own special impact on this rock!

I'm on Hawaii time at the moment... Sorry I was late to the thread.

I know you are and no worries about being late. It happened so fast, my head is still spinning. I'm glad the kids have their aunt with them right now.

I remember Hawaii time. Do they still have the problem of "Due to non arrival from the mainland, we'll be showing Charlie Chan movies again!"? Lot's of years ago.

Happens occasionally....

You can't EXPECT much.

We ARE 3000 miles from anywhere.

It's not like you could drive a truck here.

There are NO trains here.

And, I'm okay with that.
