Pennsylvania’s Unemployment Fund Is INSOLVENT!! FRAUD perpetrated by state not hackers!

Over 200k ppl from 2020 have not been paid benefits. Some were n had benefits interrupted without notice or reason. Many were approved n haven't recvd a dime. One dude is owed 20k from 2020 lockdown. There's a fkload more like him. In Dec of 20 some ppl recvd a partial pmt lump sum from PUA n havebt recvd the balances owed to them.

Same in 21.

They blamed the website. Antiquated. Lest we forget during Obama admin site was redone at an alleged cost to taxpayers 25mil. They farmed out processing to 3rd party contractor. Claims were minimally delayed like a month but claimants were gettn paid. BTW we were insolvent then too. Remember 3 fed extensions??

5mil were unemployed during Obama admin. Only 2.7mil unemployed re lockdown in 20.

They claimed site in June of 20 redone n allegedly costed 35mil. Our records show 1 3 mil. They lied.

Then they blamed remote workers. 5k employees statewide were all NOT workn remotely. When state opened up workers went bk to work. Period.

They blamed id.me. hacked. I contacted them. No issues in pa only Washington state.

They blamed Russian n Chinese hackers for stealn....u ready? 10billion from unemployment trust fund. Really? Let's examine this shall we? U have a chkn acct with 100$ in it. U write a chk for 500$. Its gonna fkn BOUNCE so HTF did u let 10bil go out the door? Never happened.

2wks ago Senate majority n representative minority committee met with labor n industry dir Jennifer Berrier. Media pubs 540 mil stolen. 4ppk from NJ allegedly scammed Pua. FOH!! the docs we recvd show not even a cunt hair close to 540mil. 1mil fraud in 20. 2+ mil in 21 n 7mil in 22? 2 months into 22 n its 7mil? Ok.....whatever.

In June or July of 21 state paid off 2.8 bil in bonds from 08 recession period too.

Pa recvd 7.9bil in covid cares money. They claim they only used less than half n rest is unused. So why hadnt pa replenished PUA fund like other states ?

Why is it Pua only recvd 1bil from cares money?

In Aug of 20 we have a media presser 800mil was borrowed for pua fund. No where in documents does this show now the 1b allegedly borrowed in oct of 20. Our docs reflect all transactions too

NOW....in December I spoke at the state capitol rally health freedom. No lawmaker would talk to us. Sen mastriano got us in. Once I exposed the insolvency the media went medieval on this allegedly perpetrated fraud. Couldn't get them to touch this for 2 yrs right?

Now we're going after their bonds. All of them. If a lawmaker who's bonded gets X amt of claims against their bond the bond is canceled n they can't serve. Pa operates differently. They're not individually bonded its thru deot of ins. Same shit just an umbrella policy. Senate/rep committee mbrs, berrier, ag shitpiro, fetterman, wolf.

I'm the only one statewide doing this shit. I've done n won 68 unemployment appeals re mandates n including eeoc. They told hospital employees to file eeoc via phrc Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission. Thats state protectn the state. They gotta go thru fed eeoc.gov! 6mo window to do so. Else they lose discrimination claim. Phrc has begun denying ALL civil rights claims too.

While yes there were some fraud cases However not to the magnitude they're sayn. Its a coverup. All of it.

Its Pennsylvania unemployment INSURANCE. Pa is 1 of 3 states that worker's pay into unemployment after 1st 10k earned. Thats their money....by law....by definition.
