It was agreed that Ukraine would not permit NATO countries to arm them nor was Ukraine to become a member of NATO. NATO countries have been arming Ukraine and have broke these agreements. NATO has also been calling for Ukraine to join NATO. That is why Russia has been pushed to the limit. NATO bombers and warships have kept edging nearer to Russian territory in a provocative manner. The US would have leveled Ukraine if they were in the position of Russia. If you doubt that then you might want to look into something called the Iraq War, whereby hundreds of thousands of people died over a lie called weapons of Mass Destruction that the US warhawks gave as their "reason". |
