DASH is much better than other coins because it gives holders a REASON to have a lot of DASH (1000). If you have 1000 DASH, you can run a masternode which pays you 6-8%. So its a bonus whenever DASH's price goes up.

Fiat currency is the exchange rate. ALL CURRENCIES rely on the exchange rate for international trade, its completely stupid to attack cryptocurrencies for being valued in fiat.
