Rather with Russia?
We've already bought 232 MILLION barrels of oil from Russia since dud got in.

No. Fuel prices are much higher in Canada even though they arent exporting the tar sands oil. It isnt economical to refine. Well, guess you're right. It was a good thing to shut down that pipeline and be dependent for offshore resources.
