My first computer experience was on a pet. I never owned a 64 but did get an Amiga.

I want one of those 64s on a chip. Just for fun.

i loved my C64, so easy to copy games

LOL, I had the cassette drive and I'll never forget walking through Sears just before Christmas and the new floppy drives had just hit the market. I had to have it.

I remember loading "John Elway Football" on the cassette and it taking HOURS...

My uncle had a BBS board and I would call him across country using a "black box" and the calls were free. One day the phone company called me and asked, "do you know this number?"

Fun times.

My first comp was a TRS-80, then I graduated to a C64. Loved that thing.

I was an avid Quantum Link chat user. That got expensive quick.

Anyone ever beat the game journey to the center of the earth?

I learned basic on a TRS80. Also copied a basic game from a magazine on it. It was a role playing game called "Minotaur".

i remember playing kentila on my c64 back in the day, only getting as far as the river.......most annoying. bounder was great.

Had a Vic-20 first, then went to the Commodore 128 which had the 128, a built in commodore 64, and an older business machine all in the same unit.

Below the Root was my jam.

I remember the day my Dad brought the Commodore 64 home. He said “it’s not a toy”. Of course we ended up installing games on it.

Still have mine and the 128, 5 drives and a monitor.

Wow those were the days, used to love playing commando

I still have my Vic 20 and C64, with the high performance tape drive, lol.

I started with a scratch built 8080a put together with wirewrap and a surplus teletype. Ran on CP/M. Built it in my junior year of high school in 1975.

I still own a NEW IN BOX Commodore 64. NEVER USED.

Bought it 25+ years ago.
