Marburg, like Ebola and Covid, is an RNA virus. According to a 2014 Harvard study, RNA viruses cannot reproduce in vivo when blood levels of selenium reach 98.7ul per liter or higher.

The FDA upper limit for selenium is 400ug/day for adults; I’ve been taking that amount daily for just over two years now, with no ill effects; YMMV. Unvaxxed, and have not gotten covid, even though I’ve been in the northern NJ “red zone” the entire pandemic.I prefer selenium supplements derived from yeast over Brazil nuts, which can vary considerably in the amount of bioavailable selenium they contain.

Fun fact: of all the various nut butters available, you won’t see Brazil nut butter, as the amount of selenium in it would make you quite ill due to an overdose of selenium.

I actually hope they do release a real virus.

I'm convinced covid19 never existed and instead was just the flu. They never once isolated it. The pcr test is known to be fraud. The mRNA shot is based on snips of sequences generated by a computer guessing. Majority of deaths were from intubation. Etc the list goes on.

Because of this I feel duped.i feel like my life, my job, my relationship, everything I held dear was taken from me and I ended up homeless. They faked a pandemic with the flu.
