Mask mandates
I live in one of the cities with mask and vaccine mandates.

I'm 100% any and all mandates for vaccines and masks;
I believe we need to give people choice and worth together.
Getting people on both extremes (covid deniers and zero-covid) together to make new common sense voluntary recommendations.

Personally I started wearing an N95 in Jan 2020 before most even knew a Pandemic was coming to the US. (thanks GLP).

I personally dont dine in restaurants, goto the movies, I mask indoors and not outdoors.

When my city enacted the vaccine mandate I was furious and distraught. In fact I've never been so concerned about anything in my life.

Having lived through this for several months now; since my own personal restrictions have matched the mandate I've really barely noticed them except one time I went to sit in a Starbucks (with a mask on).

I think one thing that is badly needed is an OFFRAMP plan. While I'm still against all of these mandates and ordiencnes they should be very prescriptive of 1) How long they last 2) what thresholds trigger them - based on a combination case/capita; positivity rate and overall viurlence based on case/hospital and case/icu.

Also acknowleging that unvaccinated transmit just as much as vaccinated is *critical* - as vaccine passports do *nothing* to stop Covid; as observed by looking at case/capita around the world (France, Israel) and in the US (NYC, LA, SFO) vs places without mandates like Forida.

There's no difference in cases;

Re: Mask mandates
I hope the mandates end soon where you are.
There are none where I live.
