I haven't had even a cold in 6 years. People must be eating too much sugar and junk food and not taking their vitamins.

My whole family in Florida have been sick with flu like symptoms. Luckly they have passed from my spouse and 8 month son. I still have a stuffy nose. It was very flu like the other day, but good sleeping though.

COLDS:
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.

Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root.


GAS:

There is something up this year for sure. I havent had a cold or been sick in at least 5 years. This year I got one day of mild flu symptoms when the family came down with it, then I caught a nasty respiratory/sinus thing. That was the beginning symptoms for my sick brother in law. I had those symptoms for a few days but got over it and didn't get sick, he got pneumonia.

My brother in law always gets the flu shots. He missed it this year and got sick.
