So many conflicting ideas. We can develop the attitude and techniques to know and experience the other states of consciousness while here so when it is time we know where to go and what to do. The Bible said “I die daily”. As you go about your day use your imagination to separate yourself from your body. We are not the body so practice daily looking at the body from outside yourself.
