i have to have surgery on my lower intestines, i used to have an amphetamine addiction, recovering addict, was a heavy drinker also, haven't touched the pills in a long time and i only drink maybe once a week at the most, having a couple tonight to hang out with yall, sorry for spamming tech n9ne...lol...i have to run to the bathroom constantly, lots of bleeding...its hell man, cabin fever right along with it, haven't had a life in a long time

Fasting helps me. Body and mind. Never go more than three days and then start eating like you was before.... It can kill you. Build back slowly.
