There are flight trackers that show which flights are departing Brownsville Tx and those same trackers show the expected destination and time of arrival. The county Sheriff has jurisdiction over everything in his county. Urge them to meet the plane at arrival and arrest every person on board. Arrest the pilots for human trafficking. Seize the plane as evidence.

If this happened twice, it would stop all of these illegal flights. Face it, even spook employed pilots don’t want to sit in county lockup.
