The brain is an organ in the body that regulates the body's performance... its prime directive is survival and for the most part, its reactions are automatic, and it controls itself, as well as, the other organs, such as lungs, heart, stomach, pancreas, liver, kidneys, thyroid, and the sensory mechanisms - it is a complex bio-computer - it operates on a program and can be taught skills via repetition.

The purpose of the brain is keep the body running smoothly. The body's purpose is to provide a vehicle for the Human/Soul Consciousness to experience the physical world and to fulfill the purpose of its creation - which is to Master the Physical world, through an intimate understanding of Nature. Nature provides this unique life-form to Humans native to Planet Earth... or in rare instances, other Humans who are in complete alignment with Our Creator's Plan for Humanity

The brain is not capable of Original Thought - it has memories of experiences, and it learns behavior and it can adapt to any environment Life offers. Nature provides everything it needs, unconditionally to sustain the body's life-force. Human Nature is the at-one-ment that reveals Our Creator's purpose for creating Humans and Nature - once that wholeness is achieved (Christ Consciousness) the Human can "immortalize"/transfigure the body and move into the other dimensions that life has to offer - eternally.

The body's programs can be altered/enhanced/manipulated by it's Soul-mate, other (invited) Humans, and traumatic experiences but the brain can not use the Human that it was created to host. The Human inspires the body via the Heart but if the ego-mind feels threatened by the Human's objective (to master the Unknown), it can ignore Human input (for its survival) until they have established a symbiotic relationship of mutual trust - otherwise the Human is just an observer of Life and not a true participant or self-realized. The Human has Free Will - to participate or not... once the ego is refined and it has mastered its own emotion system.

if you experience conflicts with the body it is because you have not focused on establishing a mutually satisfying relationship with your body ... the best way to do that is by fasting and meditation. But keep in mind that the Human does not communicate via language, visuals, or feelings - that is how the body communicates with other bodies - Human thoughts are creative and manifest when they are aligned with the original purpose of our Creation - in co-operation with the energy the body produces to materialized them in the physical world (harmonic convergence)
